Handyman special!
This 1980, 2 br + 2 bath mobile home is in need of many repairs and/or updates.
First, the subfloor is soft in a few areas, including around the toilet in the master bath, and under the refrigerator.
There is a water stain on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and one of the baths. The condition of the roof is unknown.
New interior doors were installed, but 2 have not been painted and 2 others are stained. The door trims have not been painted either.
The front and back exterior doors are original, so they are functional but unsightly.
The kitchen appears to have been re-faced many years ago in a light oak color. It is now not only passé, but shows wear and tear. The wallpaper has been removed, leaving what appears to be the back side of paneling. The breakfast nook also dates the look.
New carpet and laminate were installed in 2018; the laminate still looks good, but the carpet shows much wear.
The master bathroom and the laundry room have not been updated. The bathroom has the original vanity, and vintage wallpaper. The laundry room has the original sheet vinyl flooring, and vintage wallpaper. An orange formica counter top, which serves as a desk or folding table, completes the late 70's/early 80's vibe.
The air conditioning unit and furnace are in working condition. The actual age and/or remaining useful life are unknown.
Moving on to the outside of the home, the stair risers on the deck are of varying heights, and need to be made uniform. Some of the carpet on the deck, and on the back steps, needs to be repaired or replaced.
And last but not least, the hot water tank is on its last legs.
On the plus side, the 5-burner stainless steel stove still looks and works great!

The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, and the mirrored closet doors have no cracks or chips.
The gated mobile home parks' amenities include a clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi, gym, and laundry room.
