The initial escrow from HELL!!!! After several times of trying to negotiate with a seller on our first deal and docs had been signed….seller backs out on me… worst experience ever! We thought we had our dream home. Lucky for us our agent was able to remedy the situation and was able to get out deposit back along with having the lender credit us for the appraisal we had already paid for.
